Alaska Seaboard Partners Limited Partnership, 50 So. 3d 54 (Fla. 1st DCA 2010) and Samaroo v. Wells Fargo Bank, 137 So. 3d 1127 (Fla. 5th DCA 2014). In Palacio, we successfully argued that a trial court was required to grant a formal hearing to a couple who was foreclosed despite having made payments under a modification agreement. In Samaroo, we won a reversal of a foreclosure judgment based upon a defective notice of acceleration to the borrowers.
