Florida Homeowners Face Uphill Battle with Courts
Foreclosure divisions run by senior judges have created a fast track to foreclosures. For those already experiencing the stress of foreclosure, the Florida court system’s rush to judgment is yet another slap in the face. More attention should be given to the manner in which Florida courts are handling foreclosures and whether or not foreclosure divisions improperly diminish homeowners’ rights to due process.
